Everything was very good, especially helpful staff, beautiful location short walk to the Natal midlands and Safari in the North of KZN. The double room was brand-new, it had a personal safe, an air conditioning, and a minibar...

The suite was fantastic, with a super comfy bed, soft pillows, an electric kettle, a mini fridge.

We were upgraded to a spacious room with a comfortable king-sized bed.

The hotel's position was stunning and wonderful, close enough to the beautiful award winning gardens. Furthermore, on Safari in the North of KZN. We spent 4 nights in tastefully decorated a double room with king bed.

The staff here really knew their stuff , they were super well, trained and provided top, notch service. I absolutely loved the double room; it was spacious with a huge bathroom, and the layout was just perfect 👌.

Location: the hotel was so close to a farm set on the stunning rolling hills of the KZN midlands. Fruit juice and muesli were amazing, I loved it.

We had a pleasant stay at Hartford House in Mooirivier. the service was admirable and the staff members were well, trained and hard, working. the location was gorgeous, with fairy, tale, like gardens just a short walk away. We also enjoyed a magical hike to the Age, old Bushman paintings and Safari. Our double room had a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom, making our 4, night stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel's decor was absolutely charming, with beautiful paintings and intriguing fabrics in the common areas. It gave a cozy and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The hotel's layout was also very accessible for senior people like myself, with wide hallways and elevators available for easy navigation. It was wonderful not having to worry about stairs or long walks to get to my room.

The only thing I would suggest for a better vacation for senior people is if the children working there would offer more assistance with carrying luggage. Sometimes it can be a bit challenging for us seniors to manage heavy bags on our own.

We got great value for our money with a beautifully decorated room and stunning surroundings. The location was magical, nestled in the Midlands region at the foothills of the Drakensberg mountains. The staff at Hartford House were amazing, from the moment we arrived they made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

Breakfast offerings could be improved with more efficient service, especially when it comes to cooking customized orders.

During my recent business trip, I had the pleasure of staying at Hartford House in Mooirivier. The hotel was selected by our director, and I couldn't have been happier with the choice. The location of the Zulu cottage was ideal, as it was just a stone's throw from Hartford's tranquil pool and spa. The sound of the bubbling Tuinhuis rill added an extra touch of relaxation to the atmosphere, leaving me feeling truly rejuvenated. With such incredible facilities, I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

While my experience at Hartford House was overwhelmingly positive, I did notice one minor drawback.
